How do I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you don't receive an email please contact us! Sometimes pieces of your order may be shipped out separately so they can get to you as soon as possible.

Where does my item ship from? And how long does shipping take?
Most of our distribution channels are located in the US so the average shipping time is usually 5-10 days. We're in the process of working with international suppliers for our international customers so stay tuned!
